Débora Spagnol

Bachelor of Law graduated from UNOESC, University of the West of Santa Catarina, she began her legal career as a lawyer in the southwest of Paraná, working especially in the areas of civil and labor law, as an advisor in the areas of business and personnel.

Resident in Balneário Camboriú since 2012, he has extensive experience in twelve years of practicing extrajudicial and judicial law, including in the Superior Courts. For more than three years, he has been dedicated especially to the areas of medical and health law, acting in judicial and administrative demands (class councils). He has extensive knowledge in hospital management.

He studied postgraduate studies in Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Environmental Law, Digital Law and Compliance and currently seeks specialization in Compliance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV. He has been dedicated to the implementation of LGPD Compliance in hospitals and clinics. He is a member of the Municipal Health Council - COMUS of Balneário Camboriú.

• Vice-President of the Digital Law, Startups and Innovation Commission of the Balneário Camboriú Subsection;

• Member of the Digital Law Commission of the OAB-SC Sectional;

• Secretary of the Health Law Commission of the Balneário Camboriú Subsection.
